4. Then take wide end under and put it through the neck opening,

5. Then bring it down and put it in the loop which is a form in the front.

6. Tighten the knot gently, adjust it by pulling wide end while holding a knot, the knot up to your collar point by holding the narrow end while pushing the knot up with your other hand.
