1.PULL-UPS

These regular pull-ups affect your upper back, in this exercise you need a bar, grab it tightly and push your body at the upward direction with the only help of your hand.no body movement allowed.

2.CHIN-UPS
This is the most effective exercise because it trains biceps, chest, forearms, back at the same time.

In this exercise, all you just need a bar, grab it tightly but your palm side, then push your body at the upward direction and come back to the same position. Do the same movement as you can and remember your back should be straight.

3. HANGING KNEE RAISES
This exercise hits your lower abs.in this exercise, you need a pull-up bar or any bar on which you can easily hang. So hang on a bar and bring your knees up to the chest and do the moment correctly. this exercise hits all muscle of lower abs and you can easily get a V-shaped cutting lower abs.

4.HANGING SIDE RAISES
Basically, this exercise hits your side muscle of your abdomen area which called obliques and helps in making cutting. in this exercise, you need a bar on which you can easily hang.

5.PUSH-UPS
This regular push up affects your whole chest, in this exercise you just lie down on the ground with the help of your hand and push your body in upward direction and notice that your back should be straight all the time .you can see the procedure in this image.

6.DIPS
 Basically, this exercise is performed to train the side and lower chest and this is one of the best and effective exercise to reduce man boobs, if you want the fast result in your chest you should definitely do this exercise. 

In this exercise, you need two bars but you can use two chairs or kitchen counter side /edge to perform this exercise, just put your both hand on chair or kitchen counter side and bent your body little and do the movement in a downward and upward direction with the help of your hands. you can see the procedure in this image.

7.SQUATS
If you want good legs never skip leg exercises. this exercise hits your thigh muscle. In this exercise, you just stand straight then bent your knees and stop at 90-degree angle. then come back to the normal position. Do this movement as you can.

8.SINGLE LAG SQUATS
This is same as normal squats but only with single leg.you can take support to maintain your balance. In the initial stage, you may be facing some problems but this exercise helps you to get curvy legs.

9.CALF RAISES
This is a very easy and effective exercise. This exercise hits your calf muscle and helps in making more stronger and muscular.in this exercise you just stand on a platform which is a little bit higher from the ground then push your body upward with the help of your feet.

10.BICEPS STRAIGHT HAND CURL
Basically, this exercise performs with help of cable but you can do without cable by the just movement of your hand. Just straight your hand and do the curl movement. this exercise helps in increasing your biceps peak.

11.WRIST CURL
It's a great exercise to hit your flexers{lower forearm}. you just need to straight your hand then start curling with the help of wrist do repetition maximum as you can. if you hitting hard or hitting in progressive overload definitely it grow.

12.FOREARM TWIST

Do these all exercises 1 sets of 10-15 reps. (Or more if you can)
