2.UPRIGHT ROWS 
On my every shoulder day I have been doing this exercise but I realize that it really really hurts my shoulder and wrist because it internally rotating my shoulder and putting pressure on my wrist. this is a terrible and dangerous exercise you should never do. There are lots of good exercises to train your shoulder.

3.BEHIND NECK SHOULDER PRESS
I know I know that this is the most effective exercise to get hard, curvy shoulder. But when you're performing this exercise you can't do maximum reps because the position of this exercise is so unnatural and painful, it may be hurt you. instead of this exercise, you can do front Shoulder Press.

4.SMITH MACHINE SQUATS
Performing squats on Smith machine actually bad for you because while you perform this exercise you always at a fix position which means your body can't be allowed to move naturally and if you can't move naturally then your body adapt all the adjustment and it may increase a risk of lower back injury, instead of performing this exercise, try regular barbell squats.

5.TRICEPS DIPS
This is a common exercise which all of us perform to train triceps but wrong things come when we put heavyweights on our legs and perform this exercise. It becomes more difficult and puts pressure on the shoulder, it might be harmful to your shoulder instead of this exercise you can do bar dips.
